It is with great pride and gratitude that I can announce a new partnership with Austrian energy drink and media company, Red Bull.
Red Bull has long been an institution on the global sporting landscape, showing commitment to supporting athletes and events across all spectrums of athletic competition. The investments they've made have allowed athletes to pursue impossible dreams and has increased the credibility and viability of non-traditional sports around the world.
My relationship with the product began in college when my mom would bring several boxes of Red Bull to each of our lacrosse games for my teammates and I to consume at halftime. It was always a source of humor for our team and something from which my mom gained immense popularity. From my perspective, it's quite serendipitous to partner with the brand in a totally different sporting context, now many years later. I've continued to use the product in training and competition since I transitioned to ultrarunning and I've long been a voracious consumer of their original media content. I'm really looking forward to being a part of Red Bull's future initiatives in endurance sport.
